Tour Package Policies

Rate quoted is for per person on twin sharing basis.
For solo travelers has to pay 2 persons rate.

Package Categories
Packages are available in Deluxe, Premium, Luxury and VIP categories.
For Deluxe package a/c car and 3 star a/c rooms will be provided.
For Premium package a/c car and 4 star a/c rooms will be provided.
For Luxury package a/c Innova car and 5 star rooms will be provided.
For VIP packages a/c Innova and 5 star a/c suite rooms will be provided.

Holiday package inclusions
Accommodation in twin sharing basis (01 double room)
Breakfast provided at hotels / resorts
All transfers and sightseeing by exclusive cab as per the itinerary
Pick up will be from the nearest airport/railway station of the first destination, as per the itinerary
Drop will be from the nearest airport/railway station of the Last destination, as per the itinerary
All Road toll payment, parking charges, driver allowance, fuel and permit cost
Room rents and associated taxes.

GST imposed by the Government
Meals that are not mentioned in the itinerary
Package does not include entry fees to any monuments and sightseeing places
Porterage at hotels and airports, tips, insurance, laundry, liquors, wine, mineral water, telephone charges
Expenses of any personal nature
Any cost arising due to natural calamities like landslides, roadblocks, etc.
Any increase in taxes or fuel leading to an increase in surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure

Notes on Kerala Houseboats
Houseboats will be exclusive and not shared with other guests
Houseboats are accompanied by one navigator, one service staff and one cook
Meal plan will be typical Kerala Cuisine, if you require any other cuisine inform us in advance
The total cruise time will be 6 hours and will be anchored during night on lakeshore. In AC Houseboats, AC will be operational only from 9 PM to 6 AM. Full time a/c on prior request and will be charged extra.
Luxury Houseboats – AC will be operational 24 hours

Notes on Car
Cabs will be excusive and non sharing with other guests.
Night Drive (09.00 pm - 06.00 am) will be charged at extra Rs.150 per hour

Guest Identity
In keeping with the heightened security procedures we request you to carry a photo-identity to present at chech-in.
Foreign nationals will require presenting the passport and valid VISA (6 months validity) while indian nationals can present any one of these: Passport, Driving License, Voter ID card, Aadhar. PAN card is not accepted.

Reservation Policy
Confirmation of booking the Rooms/House boat is subject to the availability at the time of advance payment
Final confirmation of the packages is subject to receipt of 100% payment; 50 % of the payment as advance & balance on or before arrival.
In the event of a particular hotel room is not available; it will be replaced with the same category hotel room.

Booking Confirmation
Confirmation is subject to receipt of 50% of the package value in advance. Balance on or before arrival.

Cancellation Policy
Within 30 Days prior to the arrival date of the tour packages / Hotel Booking / Transportation: 80% REFUND
Within 15 Days prior to the arrival date of the tour packages / Hotel Booking / Transportation: 50% REFUND
Within 7 Days prior to the arrival date of the tour packages / Hotel Booking / Transportation: 20% REFUND

Tour Package Terms

Our rates are based on the prevailing rates as negotiated by us with the hotels. Hotels retain the right to modify the rates without notice. In case of such changes the rates quoted before the modification, can be changed by us according to the modifications by hotels. All hotel bookings are based on usual check in and check-out time of the hotels until unless indicated in the itinerary We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the program or expenses incurred - directly or indirectly - due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of machinery or equipments, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, political closures or any untoward incidents. We shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage to person, property, or otherwise in connection with any accommodation, transportation or other services, resulting - directly or indirectly - from any act of GOD, dangers, fire, accident, breakdown in machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferages, epidemics, medical or custom department regulations, defaults, or any other causes beyond our control. We do not have any insurance policy covering the expenses for accident, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other reasons. Visitors are advised to seek such insurance arrangements in their home country. All baggage & personal property/s at all times are at the client's risk

Other Aspects

The Company is responsible for only those services which are charged from the guest. All other services which are not paid by the guest to the Company are suggested services and Company is nowhere bound to provide that service or pay the cost for the same. Check in and checkout timing of the hotels will be according to the timing of the respective hotels. Company is not responsible for compensating any loss or additional cost incurred by the guest while taking the tour. Company is neither responsible, nor liable for any damage, loss or injury caused to any passenger while taking the tour. Dollar rates are applicable only to foreign nationals & Indians possessing foreign passports, while the INR package rates will be applicable to Indian nationals. All the disputes are subject to Ernakulam jurisdiction only. Any claim related to the package must be brought to the notice of the Company within 7 days of completing the tour.
